Here is a useful page for anyone who is having problems with the operating systems, it is a tips page. I have tips from DOS to Windows XP here. Also useful is a Website that has someone on call 24/7. the link is here. Although you must register to use it, it is good for any who has a lot of work at hand and doesn't have the time to look up the information they need, like me.
